The Hotel International & SPA is classified as a 3 star Hotel and is mainly a structure for short-term stays. The main services are the overnight stay, breakfast and a Spa of 250 m ².

Is the reception open 24/24?
Yes

Is it possible to check-in at 2.a.m.?
Yes, the reception is open 24/24

Can we smoke in the room?
The hotel is completely non-smoking. Offenders will be charged at CHF 100.- to check-out or directly to the credit card after departure.

Is air condition available in the rooms?
Air conditioning is available in summer from May to September and can be adjusted independently with a special remote. In winter, the structure is only heated.

What kind of material is used in the rooms?
We used antiallergic materials in the rooms

What kind of material is used for the blanket and the pillow?
The blanket is synthetic and washable, with pure cotton lining and hollow polyester fibers in the inside
(gr. 1’200)
The pillow is synthetic and quilted, padded with polyester balls (gr. 550)

Is there a minibar in the room?
Not every room has a minibar, if your room hasn’t one you can request snacks, and drinks with and without alcohol at the reception

The hotel is secure in terms of fire protection?
The structure was built with the most modern fire-fighting techniques

How much is the voltage of the socket?
The plug tension is 230 Volt

From when to when is breakfast served and where?
The cold breakfast buffet is open from 6.30 am to 10.00 am on the restaurant

Is there gluten- and lactose- free food available?
Clients with food allergies can make their special requests until 2 days before the arrival date

How big is the spa area and how much is the entrance?
The Spa covers an area of 250m2 and is included in the room price

Is possible to go naked at the SPA?
A bathing suite is obligatory

Is there a laundry service?
The washing and dry-cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday except official holidays

If we arrive with the car, where can i park it?
Garage behind the hotel at CHF 15.- per night or outside parking are available without reservations at the cost of CHF 12.- per night

Where are the parking in the neighbouring?
You can stop for a short time and the reception staff will tell you where you can park your car. Available parkings: in the garage behind the hotel, in the outside parking behinde the hotel or in Piazza del Sole (covered with video surveillance) which is 8 min walking distance

Does the hotel take responsibility for burglaries or accidents in the car park?
The hotel doesn’t take any responsibilities for eventual burglaries or accidents in the car park

Where can we leave the bicycle?
There is a bicycle deposit. Please ask the key at reception

Is it possible to storage the luggage on the departure day?
Yes, there is a luggage storage close to reception

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
It is not allowed to keep pets in the hotel
