Cooking in 800 °C ovens allows the meat to retain its natural flavour, develop a crispy, caramelised crust on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside.
Hot and cold meze are typical Levantine side dishes, bringing the different flavours of the eastern Mediterranean to the plate.
This unique concept allows you to choose your main dish and combine it with your favourite side dishes.
All palates will be delighted and the combination of flavours will take you on new gastronomic journeys.
Special emphasis is placed on vegetarian and vegan cuisine, with the various options offering plenty of freedom and imagination for the composition of your dish.
The idea was conceived in close collaboration with star chef Adrian Bührer.
